Al Qasbaa Visit

The site is especially a nice place to have a drink or a meal, and to walk around in the evening, letting your children run on the playgrounds or under the fountains.

It is also the starting point for abras (light craft) that bring tourists to the area. Count 15AED per adult and 10 AED per child up to 10 years old (under 4 do not pay). Note the possibility of privatizing a boat for 100AED. The operating hours are from 4 pm to midnight (and until 1am on Thursdays and Fridays).

In the same vein you can rent a small electric powered boat named Water Kart.

Eye of the Emirates

The flagship attraction of Qasbaa (and Sharjah) is its big wheel called Eye of the Emirates. 60 meters high, it will take you for several tours to admire the city and the coast from above. Open from 10am to midnight every day (and up to an hour at the weekend), we recommend the sunset period. A session of 15 to 30 minutes will cost you 30AED per adult and half price for children from 4 to 10 years old.
