Guide best hotels in Dubai Downtown

Staying in a Dubai Downtown hotel is the guarantee of a successful stay. Being based near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, with access by subway or taxi to other tourist attractions in the city, is an appreciable comfort.

It is also one of the most popular areas for tourists and business, with hotels of very good quality and high prices. This guide to the best hotels will help you in your choice of booking with the advice of experts of the destination.

Exceptional hotels

In Dubai Downtown Downtown, there are three magnificent hotels, all located near Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Souk Al Bahar. Booking one of them will ensure you a stay of high quality. Their advantage is to be able to visit the whole neighborhood, go shopping, have a drink, go to the restaurant and relax by the hotel pool, without having to take any transport, just by walking for short distances.

The first of our selection is Armani Hotel Dubai located on an intermediate floor of Burj Khalifa, the tallest tower in the world. Beautiful 5 star services and breathtaking views.

Near the Al Bahar souk, The Palace Downtown Dubai is a beautiful luxury hotel with oriental-inspired architecture. With its luxurious rooms and majestic access road, this is our favorite in the neighborhood.

In the heart of Dubai Mall, the hotel The Address Dubai Mall is the most convenient for shopping as it is directly connected to the mall. If you have to pay a lot, we recommend rooms with a view of the Burj Khalifa.

Les autres hôtels 5 étoiles à proximité

Hotels in this category are not as convenient as those previously mentioned, but they are located within a very short distance of Dubai Downtown's main attractions, with excellent amenities.

In this category, our favorite is the Taj Dubai, with its breathtaking views of the tallest tower in the world. With the same level of excellence to the South, there is the Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay, The Oberoi Dubai and the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. See even more South, The St. Regis Dubai.

You also have the Sofitel Dubai Downtown which offers the advantage of being along Sheikh Zayed Road, the main artery, and right next to the subway station of the district.

A bit more out of the way than the Al Murooj Rotana Dubai (which looks very close to Dubai Mall, but actually a busy motorway junction separates them), the Dusit Thani Dubai or again the apartments of the Shangri-La.

4 star hotels

In this category, the best choice is undoubtedly the Ramada Downtown Dubai because of its central location. Then there are two other hotels to consider seriously: the Vida Downtown Dubai and the Manzil Downtown Dubai. More eccentric, and with a felt quality far inferior, include the Radisson Blu Dubai Downtown.

While these hotels are generally cheaper than 5-star hotels, this is not always the case especially in the off-season, so it may be worthwhile to expand your search to higher quality.

3 star hotels

Only one very good hotel to report in this category, the Rove Downtown Dubai, with rather high prices for the category.

To pay less it will be necessary to go away, going for example to the hotel Holiday Inn Express Dubai Safa Park.

Cheap hotels in Dubai Downtown

If you are looking for a cheap Dubai Downtown hotel near Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountains, be aware that this does not exist, as the hotels in the area are all conveniently located, with very good good benefits. Given the real estate madness that rages in the neighborhood, it is doubtful that an offer of cheap hotels is growing. To pay less for your hotel in Dubai, look at options to Jebel Ali to the South, or hotels in North Dubai including Deira and the airport.

How to book a hotel in Dubai

Better to book with a booking site like our affiliate Unmarried (or unisex) couples can stay in hotels without providing a marriage certificate. The hotels in Dubai will simply make a copy of the ID and ask you for a credit card for the security deposit, like anywhere in the world.
